UAEZY field note

If you heard names such as “WAPAS”, “ZCP” or “Hajari”, the intended services are often UAE PASS, ICP and Ejari. The correct spelling matters when downloading an app or avoiding a fake website.

UAE PASS

Federal

National digital identity for secure sign-in, digital signatures and sharing official documents.

Create this first; many other apps use it for login.

Open official source ↗

ICP UAE

Federal

Visa, residence and Emirates ID services, applications and selected digital documents.

Use it for federal identity and residency matters; Dubai files may also involve GDRFA.

Open official source ↗

MOHRE

Private-sector work permits, employment contracts, labour services, enquiries and complaints.

Check contract and permit information; salary rights are tied to the contract and WPS.

Use the authority that owns your file; Dubai and other Emirates may use different channels.

A city-services app covering bills, mobile, driving, housing, residency, health and more.

Useful as a dashboard, but the original authority remains the final record.

Traffic fines, accident reports, police certificates and public-safety services.

For emergencies call 999; the app is for non-emergency services and records.

Open official source ↗

RTA Dubai

Driving licences, vehicle files, parking, public transport and many transport services.

Licence renewal normally requires a valid Emirates ID, eye test and payment of fines.

A signed tenancy contract and an Ejari registration are related but not the same record.

After Ejari, the move-in process may be digitally linked and a deposit may be requested.

Manage Dubai road-toll accounts, vehicle tags, balance, trips and Salik fines.

Keep vehicle details and balance current before using toll gates.

Open official source ↗

nol Pay

Dubai

Check, top up and manage nol cards and selected public-transport products.

Some top-ups require activation before travel; follow the app instruction.

Use it for routes and timings; use RTA or nol Pay for account transactions.

For Abu Dhabi matters, start here before using a Dubai-only app.

Traffic profile, fines, vehicles, licences, accident and police services in Abu Dhabi.

The emirate that issued the traffic record determines the correct service channel.

Important

UAEZY is an independent private information, document coordination and application-tracking service. It is not a UAE government authority and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ICP, GDRFA, MOHRE, RTA, Dubai Police, any bank or other public authority. Rules, fees, app screens and eligibility criteria can change. The official authority or service provider remains the final source and decision-maker.
