Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Who we are

UAEZY is an independent private service providing document preparation and visa coordination support in the United Arab Emirates. UAEZY is not a UAE government authority, is not affiliated with GDRFA, ICP, MOHRE, or any other government body, and does not itself issue visas, permits, or identity documents. Final decisions on any application rest solely with the relevant government authority.

2. Our service

Following a free assessment, we provide you with a written scope of service describing what we will do, our professional fee, and the separate government charges that apply to your case. Work begins only once you accept that written scope. We coordinate, prepare, and submit documentation on your behalf through the correct official channels, and keep you updated at each milestone.

3. Fees and payment

Our professional fee is fixed once you accept the written scope and does not change mid-case, except where you request additional services outside that scope. Government charges are set entirely by the relevant authority, are passed through to you at cost, and may change if the authority changes its published fees. Payment terms will be set out in your written scope.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information and genuine documents. Delays, additional charges, or application rejection caused by inaccurate information, missing documents, or circumstances outside our control (including processing times or decisions of government authorities) are not our responsibility.

5. No guarantee of outcome

While we review your documents against current requirements before submission, approval of any visa, permit, ID, or bank account application is determined solely by the relevant authority or institution. We cannot guarantee approval, and our fee covers our coordination work rather than a guaranteed outcome.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, UAEZY's liability in connection with our services is limited to the professional fee paid for the specific case in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays or decisions caused by government authorities, banks, or other third parties.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel a case at any time in writing. Fees for work already performed and any government charges already paid on your behalf are non-refundable; see our Refund Policy for full detail.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
