What UAEZY is
UAEZY is an independent private document coordination and application-tracking service for people living in, moving to, or sponsoring family members in the United Arab Emirates. The name combines “UAE” and “Easy”, reflecting our goal of making complex paperwork easier to understand and manage.
What we do
We support Emirates ID renewal, residence visa renewal, family sponsorship coordination, employer-led work permit processes, personal bank-account application preparation and expiry reminders. Each file begins with a review of the applicant’s current position and a written explanation of the likely next steps.
How we work
We do not hide official charges inside one blended number. UAEZY’s professional fee, expected government charges and authorised-channel fees are explained separately before payment. Technical status updates are translated into plain language so the applicant understands the current milestone and the next action.
What we do not claim
UAEZY is not a UAE government authority, typing centre, bank or visa issuer. We do not claim affiliation with ICP, GDRFA or MOHRE, and we do not guarantee approval. Final decisions remain solely with the relevant authority, employer, authorised entity or bank.
Who we serve
Our services are designed for new UAE residents, existing residents approaching renewal dates, employees changing status, and families preparing sponsorship files. Requirements can vary by emirate, sponsor, nationality, current visa record and application category.
