Refund Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains how refunds are handled for UAEZY's professional fee and for government charges paid on your behalf. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Before work begins
The free assessment carries no charge. If, after receiving your written scope, you decide not to proceed before any work has started, no professional fee is due and nothing is charged.
2. Professional fee, once work has started
Once we begin assessment, document preparation, or coordination work, our professional fee covers the labour completed. If you cancel partway through a case, we will invoice only for the proportion of work genuinely completed at that point, itemised for your review, rather than the full fee.
3. Government charges
Government charges (typing centre, immigration, MOHRE, medical, or bank fees) are paid directly to the relevant authority at cost and are non-refundable by UAEZY once submitted, in line with that authority's own policy. Where an authority itself offers a refund for an unsuccessful or withdrawn application, we will pass that refund on to you in full, minus no additional charge from us.
4. Application rejected by an authority
If an authority rejects an application through no fault of the information or documents you provided, we will coordinate correction and resubmission at no additional professional fee, where reasonably possible. This does not apply where rejection results from inaccurate information, missing documents, or a change in your personal circumstances.
5. How to request a refund
Refund requests should be sent in writing to info@uaezy.com with your case reference. We aim to review and respond to refund requests within five business days.
