UAEZY ("we", "us", "our") is an independent private document and visa coordination service supporting UAE-related document and visa coordination enquiries. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our WhatsApp and email channels, why we collect it, and how it is handled.

When you submit the free assessment form, the renewal reminder form, or contact us directly, we may collect: your full name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, nationality or residency status where relevant, the service you are enquiring about, and any documents or details you choose to share with us during the assessment process.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to assess your case, prepare a written scope of service, coordinate document submission with the relevant authorities on your behalf, send you status updates, and send renewal reminders for documents you have registered with us. We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to the service you requested.

3. Sharing of information

We share your information only where necessary to deliver the service: with the relevant UAE government authority, typing centre, bank, or medical facility involved in your application. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to complete your case and to meet any recordkeeping obligations that apply to our business, after which it is deleted or anonymised unless you ask us to retain it for a future renewal reminder.

5. Your rights

You may ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to info@uaezy.com. You may also opt out of renewal reminders at any time by replying "STOP" on WhatsApp or emailing us.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
